2. How to Opt In

End users opt in by visiting https://www.ozzyoffers.com and submitting a vehicle information form to request a cash purchase offer. The form asks users to provide their vehicle information (VIN, condition details) and contact information (name, email, mobile phone number).

SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. The checkbox appears on the contact step of the submission flow and reads verbatim:

No SMS messages are sent unless the user explicitly checks this optional SMS consent box and submits the form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving a vehicle offer or of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-in records — including the user's phone number, timestamp, IP address, and form submission details — are logged and retained as proof of consent.
